An AI-powered adaptive learning platform: tell it what you want to learn, by when, and how much time you have each day — it builds the curriculum and follows you through it.
The problem
I was studying hard — German exams, certifications, a few courses — and leaning on AI the whole way. And AI in a chat is a brilliant teacher with no memory: it quizzes you, then loses the thread. It can’t follow what you’ve covered, can’t test you on your journey so far, can’t tell you where you keep going wrong. Structured learning needs structure, and a chat window has none.
What I built
Sequent takes your learning goal, your deadline and your daily time, and generates a full curriculum — scheduled backwards from the deadline, however niche the subject. Each lesson can be listened to instead of read, deepened with YouTube video on demand, and ends in a quiz; flashcards and a weakness tracker drive mastery of what you keep getting wrong, and you can generate more lessons or harder questions on the spot. The thread never gets lost — the platform knows what you’ve covered and tests you on your journey.
And because studying alone is where most plans die, there are squads: learning groups with shared courses, achievements and streaks — the accountability a chat window could never give.
